Savor the unique character of our Nicaragua coffee, a medium roast with tasting notes of cocoa, floral hints, and a touch of citrus. Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Molino Norte region of Matagalpa, this coffee is made from Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties. Grown at altitudes of 900-1590 meters in mineral-rich clay soil, the beans are fully washed, fermented for 12-14 hours, and dried on patios and raised beds, capturing the essence of Nicaraguan terroir in every cup.
